StayInPatras in 6 simple steps…
Step 1: Register your personal data
We just need the basics: your name, your hosting organization or university in Thessaloniki, and your email. Your info stays safe with us and is only used so our team can reach you and keep you updated about your stay.
Step 2: Search for apartments & reserve room
You get full access to our housing list, so you can browse, compare and reserve a room whenever you’re ready. Questions while you look? Bombard us with emails. We’d honestly rather you ask everything upfront so you land the right place.
Step 3: Confirm your reservation
Reserved a room but not 100% sure yet? No stress. You get a full week to think it over before you finalize, and you can keep firing questions our way until you feel confident about your choice.
Step 4: Read the housing contract & proceed to the first payment
Once you’re sure, you go ahead with the first payment. We’ll email you your housing contract so you can read it properly and ask us anything that’s unclear. We’ll both sign it on the day you arrive.
Step 5: Inform us about your arrival date
As soon as you book your flights, send us your exact arrival date and time. We’ll reply with clear directions from the airport to our office and set up your reception appointment.
Step 6: Arrival in Thessaloniki
Welcome to Thessaloniki! By now you’ll already have the contact details of the team member meeting you on arrival 😉
